Fenugreek is popularly known as Methi in India. Fenugreek leaves are added in dishes such as curries and stir fries since they deliver mild aromatic flavor and taste in the food. These leaves are also used as an ingredient in soup for a distinctive flavour in it. Methi is widely used in making Methi Paranthas which can be consumed along with curd or pickle of your choice.
